Account Executive (m/f)
Are you a driven, hungry salesperson looking for an opportunity at a high-growth startup? We’re looking for somebody with at least 3 years experience in B2B Sales, preferably in tech and/or SaaS to join us as we revolutionize the way companies work.
Perdoo helps companies turn ambition into reality through a combination of coaching and software based on OKR; a goal management framework used by top-achieving businesses like Google and LinkedIn.
By focusing companies around shared goals,we help companies fix the broken link between strategy and execution, and most importantly, help everyone work together on a clear path towards success! We’re already lucky enough to count Paypal, Vattenfall, and Thalia as customers and we’re only just getting started.
You’ll help us sell Perdoo to CEOs and senior level execs at companies in the EU and US through a consultative sales process. This will involve both inbound and outbound sales as well as occasional travel within the EU.

- You have a bachelor's degree in Business, or similar
- You bring 3+ years experience in B2B Sales (Saas or Technology a plus)
- You have experience with the following:
- Presenting to Senior Execs
- You have strong negotiation skills
- Your communication skills are excellent (fluent English and German)
- You’re motivated by targets
- You’re able to work independently
- You pay attention to detail
- You always find creative ways to overcome any obstacle
